Curriies4u does not accept returns once payment has been made and the order is successfully placed. Buyers are advised to agree with this condition before placing an order.

Curriies4u allows the exchange of purchased products through their website, www.curriies4u.com subject to the conditions mentioned below:
1. Exchange requests will only be entertained in cases where the buyer receives damaged or expired products. Only such cases will be considered for exchange.
2. The buyer must notify Curriies4u of their intention to exchange the damaged products within 2 hours of receiving the goods at their shipping address.
3. Only after receiving written consent from Curriies4u should the buyer send back the damaged goods.
4. All replacements will be made after Curriies4u receives the returned shipment of the product. The courier charges for returning the damaged products will be covered by www.curriies4u.com.
5. Return orders should be sent back to the address from where they were dispatched, and the confirmation should be made with www.curriies4u.com.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation and refund requests will not be considered once the order has been successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refunds will only be allowed in the following cases:
1. If the shipping location is not serviced by the partner courier companies.
2. No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged according to our exchange policy.
3. The amount will be refunded in the customer’s original payment method within 7-10 business days from the written confirmation of the refund.

No returns will be allowed if the customer wants to return the product due to personal preferences or unmet expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
1. Incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer.
2. Non-availability of recipient at the given address and/or premises.
3. Refusal to accept products.
4. Delivered to a person or place other than the customer specified by the customer.
5. If the product has been tampered with by the customer.
