   • The cost of your meals covers shipping, packing, and landing fees.

3. Duties and Taxes:
   • Any duties, taxes, or VAT applicable at the destination are the customer’s responsibility. Curriies4U is not liable for covering these expenses.
4. Packaging:
   • We use ample-sized boxes to ensure the protection of your items during shipment.
5. Delivery Times:
   • Deliveries are made on working days between Monday through Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm.
   • Public holidays and Sundays are excluded.
   • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including unexpected delays from our courier partners, weather conditions, and strikes.

Cancellation:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

   • If the charge remains unrecognized, report it within 3 days of the transaction so we can investigate. Please email us at info@curriies4u.com with your order number.
3. Failed Payments:
   • In the event of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
     • Accurate information is provided to the payment gateway, including account details, billing address, and password (for net banking).
     • Your internet connection is stable.

4. Fraud Prevention:
   • We maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and may deny access or cancel any orders placed by them.
